F-type portable chemical agitator
In order to effectively mix materials in small-volume containers, Shapu Machinery provides F series top-mounted and portable portable mixers that meet various industry standards, are easy to use and simple to maintain. Shapu Machinery can provide food-grade mixers. All tank parts are made of 316 stainless steel and polished as required. If variable speed operation is required, a frequency converter can be configured. The F series suitable for closed containers has a variety of output speeds and provides a variety of sealing options, including skeleton seals, packing seals, single-end and double-end mechanical seals. The mounting flanges are available in various sizes of ANSI, DIN and Ferrule.
N(H) type gear = pulley driven agitator
The gearbox is equipped with a suitable rain cap/shaft guard to protect the output end from rain corrosion and protect personnel from rotating parts.
The output end of the gearbox adopts a hollow design (the agitator shaft passes directly through the gearbox) or a solid shaft design (the output end has a solid shaft, and the agitator shaft and the solid shaft are connected).
The input bearing cavity has been improved to allow for adequate lubrication of the bearings.
Oversized tapered roller bearings are used for all output bearings, providing reliable stability and extended service life.
A large sight glass is installed to facilitate observation of the oil level.
The gearbox is equipped with oil filling and draining devices for easy maintenance.
