N(H) type gear = pulley driven agitator

The input bearing cavity has been improved to allow for adequate lubrication of the bearing.
Oversized tapered roller bearings are used for all output bearings, providing reliable stability and extended service life.
A large sight glass is installed to facilitate observation of the oil level.
The gearbox is equipped with oil filling and draining devices for easy maintenance.

Heat and impact loads are isolated by the elastic connection between the motor and the gearbox. Standard NEMA frame and C-face motor connection ensure reliable and safe use. The entire drive, including the motor, is sprayed with 2 layers of epoxy paint for corrosion resistance and durability.
All helical gear drives are made of SAE8260 steel, Rockwell hardness 58-62, ground to AGMA quality level 12, ensuring quiet operation and long service life.
